These are the terms you agree to when you use lennoxbeauty.com or buy something from us. They are written to be read, not skipped.
Lennox Beauty (“we”, “us”) sells hair and body products direct to customers in the United States through lennoxbeauty.com. You can reach a person at Lennoxsupport@gmail.com, Monday to Saturday, 9am–7pm ET.
Adding something to your cart is not a contract. An order exists once checkout is completed and you have a confirmation email. We can decline or cancel an order — if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed wrongly, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.
Prices are in US dollars. Discounts shown on a product page are applied automatically at checkout; if a page and the checkout ever disagree, the checkout total is the one that binds us both, and we would like to hear about it.
Checkout runs on Shopify. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers — they never reach our servers and we cannot see them. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
US shipping is free, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 7–13 days later, tracked the whole way. Those are estimates, not guarantees — carriers do what they do. Where an order includes a free item, it may ship separately and arrive a few days apart.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us and we will sort it out with you rather than point at the carrier.

Everything we sell is a cosmetic product. Nothing we sell is a drug, a medical device, or a treatment for any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis.
You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
The text, photography, design and code on lennoxbeauty.com belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Read it, link to it, quote it fairly. Do not copy it wholesale to sell something, scrape it at volume, or use it to misrepresent who a customer is dealing with.
If you send us a review, a photograph or a message, you are giving us permission to publish it with your first name or initials. We will never edit a review to change what it says, present a review as being from a customer of ours when it is not, or pay for a positive one. Where a rating on this site came from somewhere other than our own buyers, the page says so on the same line.
We stand behind what we sell: if it is faulty, wrong, damaged or simply not for you, you get your money back under the guarantee. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or to this site is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and the rights you have under your own state's law stand whatever this paragraph says.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
