Why I started it
I started Lennox because I genuinely love beauty. Not the packaging — the effect. The way the right product changes how someone carries themselves for the rest of the day. That's a small thing, and it also isn't a small thing at all.
What I couldn't get past was the cost. I watched how quickly a simple routine turns into hundreds of dollars of products you barely use — a single bottle running you the price of a night out and still not doing what the label promised. Women absorb that, over and over, on products that were never going to work in the first place.
So I wanted a brand built around products that actually earn a place in your routine, without making you buy ten things to solve one problem. Not cheap — I'm not interested in cheap. Honest about what something costs to make, and about what it's genuinely worth to you.
How we decide what to make
Walk down any beauty aisle and a lot of what's on it is the same formula behind a new label and a bigger promise. Shelves of it. We're not interested in adding to that pile just to have more things to sell.
So everything we put our name on has to clear the same bar before it goes up: does it genuinely do what we say it does, and is it priced so that trying it doesn't feel like a gamble? If something can't clear both, it doesn't ship — however much easier it would be to launch it anyway.
