Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically reach you 7–13 days after that. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
We do not offer a paid express tier. There is no genuinely faster service available to us at the moment, and selling one we could not deliver would be a promise we would break on the first order.
Some orders travel in more than one parcel — a kit and its free Silk Serum come from different places, so the serum usually arrives first and the kit follows. Nothing is missing; the second parcel has its own tracking.

If a parcel stops moving, or is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us. We chase the carrier, and if it cannot be found we replace or refund the order. You are not left holding a tracking number.
Message us before dispatch and we will fix it. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel in flight, but if it comes back to us we reship it free.
